1. Who we are

Filetaki is operated by Filetaki (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at help@filetaki.online.

2. The service

Filetaki is a set of online tools for working with PDF and image files. The tools run inside your web browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us.

You can try every tool and see the result without paying. Downloading a result requires a plan.

3. Price and plan

The plan has two parts, which are always shown together before you pay:

• Trial: €0.60, charged when you order, for 72 hours (3 days) of full access to all tools.
• Subscription: €39.95 every 4 weeks. It starts automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then, and renews every 4 weeks until you cancel. Billing every 4 weeks means 13 payments in a year.

All prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as FILETAKI.ONLINE.

4. Ordering

To order, you enter your email address, tick the box confirming that you accept these terms, the automatic renewal and the immediate start of the service, and press the button marked “Pay €0.60 and download”. You then enter your payment details on Stripe’s secure page. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We send a confirmation email with the amount paid, the date and time your trial ends, the renewal price and a link to cancel.

An account is created for your email address. One account is for one person.

5. Reminder before the first renewal

We send an email before the trial ends, stating the date and the amount of the first subscription payment and containing a link to cancel.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no notice period, in either of these ways:

• on your account page, with the “Cancel subscription” button; or
• on the Unsubscribe page, by entering your email address and opening the link we send you. You do not need to log in or provide card details.

Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel during the trial, the subscription price is never charged. We confirm every cancellation by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online, without giving a reason.

Filetaki is a digital service that starts immediately. When you order, you expressly ask us to begin the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that, if you withdraw before then, you may be charged for the part of the service already provided. This is the box you tick at checkout.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to help@filetaki.online.

8. Refunds

Payments are not refunded. This applies to the trial payment and to every subscription payment, including when you cancel part-way through a period you have paid for: you keep access until that period ends, and no part of it is paid back.

To avoid a payment, cancel before it is due (section 6). The only exceptions are refunds that the law requires, such as those described in section 7 or where the service does not conform to the contract.

9. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we tell you by email and the payment is retried automatically over the following days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and access stops. No fees are charged for failed payments.

10. Fair use

The plan is for personal and normal professional use by one person. You may not resell access, share one account between several people, or use the service for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep Filetaki available and correct, but we cannot promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Because files are processed on your device, results also depend on your browser and device. Always keep your original files. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services.

12. Changes to price or terms

If we change the price of the subscription or these terms, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to you. You can cancel at any time before it takes effect.

13. Complaints and applicable law

Please contact us first at help@filetaki.online; we answer within 24 hours. These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. You may also turn to a consumer dispute resolution body, such as the Hellenic Consumers’ Ombudsman.
