Prices include VAT. We send an email when you start, a reminder before the first €39.95 payment, and a receipt for every payment.
How to cancel
- Logged in: open Account & billing and press “Cancel subscription”.
- Not logged in: go to the Unsubscribe page, enter your email and open the link we send you.
There is no notice period and no form to fill in. Cancelling stops all future payments, and you keep access until the end of the time you have paid for. If you cancel within the first 3 days, €39.95 is never charged.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. To avoid a payment, cancel before it is due; we email you a reminder before the first €39.95 payment. Full details are in the Terms of Sale.
Questions and answers
What file formats are supported?
For images: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, BMP, GIF, TIFF and ICO. For documents: PDF, with tools to merge, split, reorder, extract and delete pages, and to turn images into PDFs and back. More formats are added only once they really work.
Is there a file size limit?
Files can be up to 1024 MB each. Because the work happens on your own device, very large files depend on how much memory your phone or computer has.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Filetaki runs in the browser you already have, on phones, tablets and computers.
How long does it take?
Usually a few seconds. Nothing has to be uploaded or downloaded from a server, so even large files start processing at once.
What happens to my files?
They stay with you. Filetaki tools run inside your browser, so your files are never sent to our servers and we cannot see them.
How does billing work?
You can use every tool up to the result. To download, you choose the plan: €0.60 gives full access for 3 days. If you do not cancel within those 3 days, a subscription of €39.95 starts and renews every 4 weeks until you cancel. We email you a reminder before the first €39.95 payment.
When will I be charged?
€0.60 when you start. Then €39.95 when the 3 days are over, and again every 4 weeks. Every 4 weeks means 13 payments a year. The charge appears on your statement as FILETAKI.ONLINE.
How do I cancel?
Log in and press "Cancel subscription" on your account page, or use the Unsubscribe page without logging in: enter your email and open the link we send. There is no notice period. If you cancel during the first 3 days you are never charged €39.95.
