Most offices, schools and public services ask for documents as PDF, while phones produce photos. Images to PDF closes that gap: photograph the pages, add the photos, and get one PDF with a page per photo.
Choose A4 or Letter when the file will be printed. "Fit to image" makes each page exactly as large as its picture, which suits screenshots and anything that will only be read on screen. Margins add a white border, and "Auto" orientation turns each page to match its photo.
JPG photos are placed in the PDF as they are, with no extra compression. Other formats are converted on your device first so the PDF opens everywhere.

Which image formats can I use?

Will my photos lose quality?
JPG photos are embedded unchanged. Other formats are stored without visible loss.
How do I change the order of pages?
Drag the images in the list, or use the arrow buttons, before pressing Create PDF.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
